I know some of you are wondering what that’s all about. Well, me being the “not so perfect” human being that I am, find that I put a lot of unhealthy things into my body and have been doing so for many years (37 to be exact!) I like to have wine with friends, I drink coffee, I eat junk food, I breathe air that’s not so pure all the time, I use household cleaners..you know, things like most of us do. This stuff can build up in your body and if you are like me you could be feeling the results of it. My skin breaks out, I have inflammation, I’m tired, so on and so on (I could complain all day!). I’ve decided to have Dr. Kristin take me under her wing and do a nutritional detox. She tells me that I will have to be strict with my diet for 10 – 28 days in order for this to work. During these 10 – 28 days I will modify my diet (you know that means no junk foods or alcohol) along with the use of a detox supplement in shake form. She isn’t just “throwing” me into something without taking the time to make me take a written test. This is how she’ll determine exactly how many days to be on this detox and which product to use in conjunction.
Please feel free to ask me how it’s going along the way. I’m looking at a 28 day detox. I know with her support I’ll be able to do it.
By the way….after the nutritional detox I’m going to start my nutritional weight loss plan. I’ve had a taste test of the weight loss products and they are wonderful and I am picky about the taste of these types of products. The protein bar (which you don’t have to be on a diet to eat) is to die for. It was like eating a candy bar except for the fact that it’s good for you!
